Have you ever felt out of sync with your life? Want a game changer? It’s time to go inside. Intuitive life coaching may help you.
It’s an amazing feeling to witness someone having a breakthrough in how they relate to their life. With intuitive life coaching the path to a breakthrough and returning to being present in their life is sometimes very short.
It’s priceless to watch when someone starts to develop and trust their intuition.
The feeling of things falling back into place again returns. And with that comes all the good things you’re looking for.
When you’re starting to trust your intuition you’re tapping into your true self.
The good news is that when you’re in sync with yourself you have a connection with your true self. And there are no alternatives, options, or doubts.
It’s a feeling of coming home.
A lot of people are asking me, what is an intuitive life coach?
Simply, as an Intuitive life coach, I am completely tuned into the person I’m working with using my natural intuition to interpret the insights that are not always said.
Fully present in the moment. I am tuned in to my own true self and my client’s true self and the work we do together is at that level.
Everything becomes so much easier because you can cut the BS and get to the heart of the matter much faster, and usually the right next step for the person I’m coaching presents itself right away.
So how do you tune in to your true self? Well, if you think about it. Your true self is always with you. It’s not somewhere else, it’s with you at all times.

But, the issue may be that the filters that we put in front of us include for example interpretation, experiences, conditioning, etc. so the energy of your true self gets muddled.
What’s ultimately expressed is a watered-down version of your true self.
Intuitive life coaching is helping you to identify and release these filters that you’re carrying around that interfere with your true self.
That’s why meditation is so effective and important and it’s one of the first things that you’d learn as part of my coaching program.
Therefore, I start each coaching session with centering, which is a short meditation that includes a body scan to help bring us both with this connection and is allowing us both to be in the present moment.
When I have a day when I feel out of sync with myself, I go right back to my meditation pillow to connect with my intuition. It’s the very first thing I do.
Without being connected to my true self and how I want to feel that day, I likely will choose to continue to focus on how out of sync I am and the emotional downward spiral is set in motion.
Another intuitive life coaching tip is to start using your intuition in decision-making. I use it both in personal and business matters and the bonus is that opportunity just keeps coming with very little effort.
What a game-changer after so many years of making things happen with SUCH an effort!
When you’re tuned into your intuition the flow of energy is one between the universe and your true self. The only limitation is me and my fears and boxed-in thoughts.
If you’ve never thought of the idea that you have a choice of how you want to manage your energy in every moment intuitive life coaching may be the answer.
Under the guidance of a coach you get to play around with this without the doubt “am I doing it right?”.
Here are a few intuitive life coaching tips on how to listen to your intuition:
The first tip is to ease up on your natural need to control and know if you’re doing it right. That’s probably one of the reasons you’re not using your intuition to its fullest right now.
Through intuitive life coaching you’ll learn how to let go of the need to control every little step in your life. To know, to plan, to validate, to research, to read up on it some more…
The muscle that you’re really training here is your ability to TRUST.
When you trust, you also listen to your intuition at the same time. The two are intertwined. As you work on trusting yourself more, your ability to listen to your intuition increases exponentially.
The more you listen to your intuition, the more you trust yourself.
What if you trusted that what’s in your future is already the perfect path laid out for you? That’s a game-changer!
The second tip is to set the intention to let go of the need for validation through others. Instead, point that desire for validation to your own intuition and ask it to speak to you instead.
You’ll be starting to hear guidance from within, rather than relying on someone else to filter it for you.
How often do you feel unsure about a decision? Depending on the decision you may run the options with your family, friends, or colleagues at work, and you still feel unsure.
Or you may seek the answer from yet another source such as books, podcasts, courses, live events or webinars.
How many hours have you spent validating a sense of lack, or that feeling that you should be doing something else than what you’re currently doing?
Your intuition is the powerful energy of your true self and if you align with your intuition you’re never wrong. This is also a game-changer, right?
What if you’d never make a wrong decision again?
The third step is, not to ignore your intuition because it’s telling you something different than what you already know.
Your intuition will always pull you in the right direction and sometimes we’re just so comfortable with our old habits and ways of being that it becomes a challenge to stay true to ourselves.
For example, if you’re really exhausted after work and you’re coming home late, it’s VERY easy to just turn on the logical mind and reach for “comfort behavior” because it’s SO EASY.
Comfort behavior, for example, snacking in front of the TV instead of taking time for deep self-care, such as going to that yoga class, meditating, or getting the journal out and writing down what you’re grateful for.
The belief that we truly relax when we rely on our comfort zone, is basically our ego telling us that we don’t have to put any effort into changing our lives.
The ego says: Just go on as it’s always been and we’ll be fine...
No, that’s not the case, because staying within the comfort zone is not going to provide change.
Sorry ego!
What we forget to remember is how we feel as we sit there on the couch again snacking and watching TV for the 1000th time.
Check yourself on what your intuition is telling you to do when you come home from work tonight.
- You can easily continue the feeling of stress, and exhaustion, which is a sign of being out of alignment with your true self without much decision-making or effort. It’s going to make you stay out of alignment and more and more complaints and struggles. How do you feel?
- You can shift this feeling of stress into a feeling of calm, comfort, and connection, but it’s going to take a bit of extra energy, and a bit of extra willingness to take on something different.
- You always have the opportunity to recharge your energy, but it’s a choice that you can make every day. How do you feel?
You have a choice to go inwards and listen to your intuition.
You can learn how to shift your own energy when you need it – that’s a game-changer!
Clearly, if you’re reading this far, you’re looking for some kind of change in your life. May not be a life-changing thing, but there’s something that your intuition is telling you.
To get this game changer going for you here are the three tips again:
- Let go of the need to control.
- Let go of the need for validation through others.
- Stop ignoring your intuition and what it’s telling you.
Easier said than done?
That’s completely understandable.
You may find intuitive life coaching to be helpful when starting to navigate all of the above.
You can do it!
If you’re willing to increase your self-awareness to see the opportunity for change in your life, you can get the game changer that you so want!
